Period of Occupancy:
     Check in time is flexible. Check out time is 12.00 p.m. Room used from 12.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Room occupied beyond 06.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
Children's policy:
     Children age over 10 years or over 120 centimeter will be charged extra person rate
Cancellation and No show Policy:
     Any cancellation must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 20 day before date of arrival otherwise; we charge 100% of total payment. No show and late cancellation: total payment will be charged.
Payment Policy:
      Full prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date. Visa/master Card is accepted. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
